@rav3n I've been tempted to just let it keep playing, but then I'll forget what episode I was up to and that's just a whole different drama to deal with 😂

Thankyou @Ru-bee. I can't say much but I really messed up and I've had to go to so many places to fix up what happened. I'm just really hating myself and I'm completely overwhelmed.

Would it help to just stop and take a couple of deep breaths with me? I feel like I need that too tbh, sometimes I get so caught up in my day to day that I forget to stop and breathe

@Ru-bee with everything else going on and then what happened today, it's just tipped me over the edge. 

 

I will try again but I've been trying to calm myself down since like 11.30am. It's just sent me into such a panicked state and it feels like nothing is working

I hear you @Dreamy there's been a lot going on for you, and its understandable that you'd be feeling really heightened and anxious right now. Maybe is there something that can give you a sense of comfort, even if it doesn't make that anxiety go away?

@Ru-bee i just need a chance to catch a breath in between all the bad things but I'm not getting that. I've tried lots of things, I even reached out to a crisis service but they gave up on me after trying the 5,4,3,2,1 grounding technique cos it didn't work. I'm doing my colouring but I'm shaking so much so it's hard to do it. My head is pounding so much, I just wanted to rest today and yet I've done everything but rest.
