It went well. Some nice people there to chat to as well. I'm feeling slightly down tonight though. I think it just brings a lot of stuff up that i try not to think about and there's been a bit of a delayed affect. I'm okay though, just the usual highs and lows. Or not so lows and lows. 😁
How did your day end up going? I know you said it was going to be... 'hell' i think you said. I hope you survived it relatively intaact.

@Dreamy i hear that, our usernames on here can hold a lot of meaning for us. perhaps one day you can reclaim the username when its safe to do so.
yesss! sometimes i'm already doing things on my bed so that i can quickly tuck myself in... but nope, by the time i put my book away or turn my show off - wide awake! sometimes i try to jump around at 3am just to tire myself out... had my sis walk in once and yell at me for jumping too loud 😂 turns out my clothes were making a lot of noise but i didn't realise cos i had headphones in!
anyways sorry for the yapping hehe what are you up to?

@rav3n yes maybe one day.
That's what I do, sit on my bed and colour in while watching my TV show or listen to music. But just leaning over and putting my pens and book away then boom I'm wide awake, like I haven't even stood up 😂. That's classic, the clothes making noise, how dare they do that 😂
Yap away, it's a good distraction 😊.
I'm trying to wind down but too much has happened today and it's just not possible to calm myself down.

@Dreamy haha literally how does our brain wake us up THAT fast when we were like 0.1 seconds from dozing off. i even sit with a dim lamp light to help 'get sleepy' which sorta helps, but then the movement just ruins it lol.
just read about what happened today, that's absolutely awful!! were you able to report what he did to anyone? you did NOT deserve that at all. sending you gentle hugs 💙

@rav3n i know right, it's so annoying how our brains work. Like I can literally start to doze off watching my phone so I turn it off and put it on my table which only requires me to move my arm, but the second I roll over to get comfy I'm wide awake.
It's disgusting that he still thinks that he can do those things to me. I've thought about reporting it but it's just more hassle than it's worth right now. Thankyou, the gentle hugs are very much needed ❤️
That's fine, thankyou for doing that. I couldn't think how else to write it, my brain is just fried.

I'm sorry that you still have to deal with this. I can't pretend to understand much about what is going on, but I can only assume there are 'conplications'. Hopefully you can be free of days like today at some stage.
