I reached out to my psych on Monday by email. Never heard back. She probably hates me.
I feel sick physically and over everything

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Are you able to call your psych? I'm absolutely 100 per cent sure they do not hate you. We are all here for you also. Would it help to call one of our Sane counsellors?

My psych doesn’t work today @hanami 

I’m really not in a good headspace to talk to anyone 

I really think I’m crashing down again with my depression 

I’ve got a psych appt this Monday which is good.
