I hear it is hurting so badly. At the same time, don't forget the family you DO have with you right now. 

Other family members will come back when they see you as a pillar of strength - that you didn't go down the path that they did.

I hear it is hard to be present with your family. Your emotions are big at the moment, so doing anything else can be very hard.

For tonight, it's not about trying to reason things out, but more so to just get through tonight whether it's a big hug, a cuppa, some footy. The hurt won't disappear, but you'll have a distraction.

This is the best time to give your boys a hug.

Hearing them call you "dad" will fill a void in your heart that your sister will never be able to.

I needed some space on my own in the backyard today and j told the boys I was feeling a bit sad and needed some time to feel better
so they came out to me
one said “all better?” then gave me sprig of parsley like a flower and the other got the kids karaoke machine out ♥️ @tyme

the kids karaoke machine gave me a little headache but the good outweighs the bad when they are both singing frozen without many clothes on in June outside in our garden and the dog is like what the actual f ck make it stop @tyme
