I hear it is hard to be present with your family. Your emotions are big at the moment, so doing anything else can be very hard.
For tonight, it's not about trying to reason things out, but more so to just get through tonight whether it's a big hug, a cuppa, some footy. The hurt won't disappear, but you'll have a distraction.
This is the best time to give your boys a hug.
Hearing them call you "dad" will fill a void in your heart that your sister will never be able to.
