Yer I barely slept @plasmo lol plus they wouldn't accept one plate on visual lol
Was Not doing it again
Dont care. They were lucky to get me to attempt it Once lol

yeah it's all effort. if i try to sleeo earlier it never works. i wake up and do an hour then nap, by end of week im trashed. only got out of it this week from doing drs appts.

Had drs appt at outpatients been like 6 plus months unsurprisingly no real help

i had to do a bunch of stuff then found it wasn't what they thought.. so i'm ok, was stressing a bit
