Re: The skeletons in my closet
@utopia, the big day is in June. Still seems a long way off but I know in reality it isn't.

Re: The skeletons in my closet
Maybe over time you will be able to share little bits, but its great that she is interested and gives you support and space around it.
I hope you can take this pic as permission to take them out of closet and put them back when YOU need.

Re: The skeletons in my closet
Thanks @Appleblossom. It is interesting about the skeletons in the closet, as I drew a bunch of bony skeletons dancing around an open closet door about a month ago as part of art therapy whilst in hospital. Maybe it was a sign?
@utopia no it isn't far away and I haven't even looked at what to wear yet lol

Re: The skeletons in my closet
@Queenie This may sound glib but it isn't intended that way. This is such a big step it may, in the long run, prove to be very cathartic and indeed result in strengthening your relationship. Probably best to let her know you very much need further revelations at your pace. Which you probably already have done anyway. Take it easy and don't push it, it will happen naturally. Very brave I must say. Good on you. Very difficult reaching into the uncomfortable zones.
