What I find is that I sometimes like to tackle the smaller things first to that I feel more accomplished. That way, it's easier for me to feel like I've achieved something. Or when things are REALLY hard, I write things on the list that I've already done.
I'm not saying this works for everyone, but it works for me because I'm very goal focused. Otherwise my head is everywhere.
