Hi @Buddy13 unfortunately they live in NZ and i have no contact information for my friend, i only have her email address, i don't know where she lives or her phone numbers.

thank you @Former-Member and @Appleblossom i just have to wait now until i hear from her, it is so so difficult not being able to help or do anyting, i feel like i have let her down and have not done enough to support her.

i really hope her dad found her in time. it is so os hard seeing so many people hurting so much and not being able to fix there problems. i don't want people to hurt like i do

@Jacques I hope her father found her before long too.

It really is best if you do not take on that sense of over responsibility, even if it feels that way. You only knew her recently and from a distance and were limited in the ways you could influence her.

Part of the reason I worry about the empathy side of things on the forum is when it is hard to disconnect from too many difficult/negative or trauma stories.  Somehow you need to be very gentle with that part of your heart, that connected with her.  Wrap it in cottonwool.  NOt sure what else to say ...

Caring for you, for her, and the world where so many are in pain.
