Something’s not right

in response to: No one actually gives a shit, never any help when you need it.

I have found over the years that the extent of service offered in the community, in society, is vastly overstated. And where a service may be available, usually they're so understaffed, underfunded and otherwise so under-resourced, as well as so full of conditions, that they're almost impossible or indeed impossible to get.
