Yes you're right, I do find it somewhat triggering. Similar, but different I guess. I was assaulted in my own home ... a place we should be safe. So it makes it hard to think of home as being safe any more. 

You did well to report what happened, you are far braver than I ever was. Proud of you. 👍💝
