I’ve done some schema therapy @Abner and can really relate to it… I like it. My last psychologist was really big on it…. My new psychologist not so much 😞

@ArraDreaming My day was pretty okay, except I felt a bit under the weather prob due to having my flu shot yesterday.

@tyme Kids are fine! Kids have been fine yesterday and today they both went off to care and school fine no issues… although I wonder how “fine” they are considering they both ate their veggies AND got along with each tonight so…. 🤔

I have done schema therapy but I wouldn’t say that I was ready for it. It was more forced on me. It was supposed to be a road to trauma therapy but that never happened. It didn’t work out between my psychologist and myself. I actually have to get around to looking for a new one. I have some phone numbers but I need to make some calls. I have a bit of a phone phobia though. I did find schema’s interesting and you can watch 7 minute schema’s on YouTube. There is a 7 minute video on each of the schema’s.
