The cardiologist who referred me to him is a really nice guy plus smart, so prob will be ok @Meowmy  just did triple walk lol well the shorter one was doing before and after hosp

I signed up for 6wk heart foundation walk program think am on week 6 in 2 weeks lol, its still on 30mins 4x week lol doing double that 6x week
