Caught up with some friends for coffee today, indulged in a Florentine too, haven't had one of those for a while.

We met in a GROW Group, where I was the Organiser (about 22 years ago).

I don't know if we will eat anything - probably just a Coffee.

Evening all.

Finally get to sit down after a super busy day.

Bikes loaded and ready for a 6am getaway tomorrow morning to hit the trails with the boys before school.

Sometimes 2 or 3 years went by - & my friend & I had not seen each other (at all).

It was always "Lets catch up" (meet up) - Then we never did (for several years).

We are trying to meet up more often, at the moment.
