I'm not allowed to give blood anymore, but the blood bank still continues to message me (incessently!) and I used to be a bit of a nag when I did donate regularly. 

Apperently regular donations drop off around Christmas time and if you're doing new years resolutions, how about giving blood regularly?

So if you get the chance, pop into your local donation centre, enjoy the free cordial and snack (I hihgly recommend the caramel milkshake, cheese sandy and choc chip cookie!) and save a life!

I give blood regularly and saw on the news about the blood bank needing extra blood over the holidays, I will be donating next week. Thanks for the reminder.
