How have you been going with yoga these last couple of weeks?

I had a little break after an injury, but hoping to get back into it again soon! What are your thoughts on starting back doing Yin Yoga vs going straight back into a Yoga class?

Am in hosp w blood clots in lungs so not much yoga here @Daisydreamer I only really do Hatha its gentle

Yes true @Daisydreamer a nurse said if hadnt taken aspirin out of blue ok cos felt off, may not be here . Food for thought

Hi @HappyCastle @Leggs @Meowmy  @TAB @Daisydreamer @Shaz51 and anyone travelling this way.

I often struggle to get started with my yoga practice but it's always good when I do.

My life is a bit like that atm. I know what will help but feel resistance to focussing on it because I'm kinda swamped.
