@Atalanta  If you are asking does the ability to track mobile phone calls exist.  The answer is - most definitely.  Tracking mobile's via "triangulation" is used in court cases all over the world to convict defendants to prove they were not where the said they were, or to prove they were at or near the crime scene.

so yes, tracking mobiles is certainly possible if that is what you are asking.
