Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)
Levi is a beautiful boy @WIP 😊🐶💕
Here is one of my gorgeous girl. She likes to sit on top of the back of the lounge, so she's on a level with you.
Pardon the washing up on the sink behind her. 😵

Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)
Pets are a true blessing @Mellysmellyelly . My girl is a little dog, 12 years old now ... Mini foxy x chihuahua. I posted a pic a few posts above, it should be up now 🐶
Ha ha @Former-Member ... I can imagine! 😄
Okay I must go hit the road.

Re: A Life of Trauma and Tragedy (Possibly Triggering Content)
Love to you @Emelia8 , there's no need to apologise here, but it's
accepted all the same.
Maybe not having to push yourself is a bad thing, maybe it's
not - you sound like you really need to focus on you & if that
means rest & even missing a meal, so be it. I & many others
here do care, there are nutritional supplements many have been
mentioned; but if you can't handle much there's a flavourless
glucose powder that can be put into anything, including water.
It's very important that you keep up your fluids. Maybe think
of food & water as another medicine & take what you can.
13 may not be the luckiest number but it's not an impossible
one, I wonder whether you might be able to book the accommodation
for more nights? I believe your driving quite a distance between
hospital & home, & even without harmful treatments that
can be dangerous. I don't think you want to go through all
this just to end in a car accident.
I hope you've seen the nurse, I'm usually a day late with my
messages as I only get on this site once a morning. There is
medication for the nausea, I remember buying it for my Mother,
who did not get the subsidy because she chose not to have
the therapy - but it worked instantly . . . it started with a 'Z'
(your not allowed to mention medication names here). Perhaps
you could ask your Doctor for something that will counteract
the side effects & maybe they could give you a referral for
a psychiatrist/psychologist/counsellor, someone that you could
talk to until your own is available?
You are not whinging, your ill, hurting, exhausted, frightened
sad & I feel for you ❤️ But despite all that you are grateful,
there's your strength shining through ❤️
