1. I cant make good decisions
EVIDENCE:
FOR:
it takes along time to decide whats best
i worry too much about decisions
after ive made a decsions i regret that ive made it
my decisons never seem to work out well
when i make decisions it seems no one else agrees with me or doesnt like the decison ive made
AGAINST-
i decided to do a course and i passed
i do think its concrete evidence
3. Is the thought helpful? how can we change the thought?
i dont really think the thougth is helpful
change the thought: im trying to make the best decisons i can even though its hard to make them
