The song that I like to listen to when things get too much is ‘Let it Go’ out of the Disney movie Frozen. I find that it helps to calm me down and get a different perspective on things.

that song starts to drive people crazy after a while esp if they have a little sister who sings it alot 😉 but i agree it can be almost like a reminder to let it go sometimes cant it

@Judi9877 I have a young niece . So that song is not a favourite of mine.  Lol.  Have sung it and heard it too many times.
