Sanity Clause, what will you ask for this Christmas?

Tis the season to be Jolly. Tra lalalalalalalala.

The last time I told Santa Claus my Christmas wish Iwas 16 and taking the piss with some friends.

I presented my self to Old Nick, and asked for his list of naughty girls.

He laughed, I laughed and the 6 yo behind just looked confused.

Nowadays it's me who's often confused. I fell through the gaps of the Sanity Clause.

The gift I long for is a sense of peace. Forgoing that,  I'd be appreciate a little stability.

So if I was to sit on Santa's Knee this year I would ask for a little stability.

What would yours be?

Hope endures

@Rick I ask for a calm and peaceful mind, and more importantly the motivation to work it.

CherryBomb, all I want to do is get off the bus at the next stop and catch another going from whence I came and upon arrival take the left fork in the road instead of the right hand fork. But being realistic I know that we cannot fore tell the future anymore than we can return to the past

My Sanity Clause from Santa is to keep hope and love always close to my heart and mind... And for hope and love to flourish in our communities in 2015.

Hey @Rick

I love the title you've put on this thread. Woman LOL

An abiding sense of peace would be such a gift. A bit of sanity and stability is a wonderful thing, something I value greatly - as I suspect do many with a MI. Such precious things, yet little valued in "normal" circles apparently.

But I won't be climbing onto a stranger's knee to ask for it. Onto God's knee? Yes, already have (cried and begged for relief) - and received some peace in reply (the triggering is much less since). Will it be last long...

hope endures.

Kindest regards,

Kristin
