@rav3n I've been given various reasons as to why they won't help, being told it's too complicated is common, or i just get told there's nothing we can do or i just don't hear back even after making contact several times. 

 

I started a new colouring tonight. If only there was such a thing. I have oodies but rarely wear them as I get too hot, I've got a weighted blanket around me at the moment but it's just not enough to bring the body into a calm state.
