My day wasn't too bad.  I had my focus group in the city and spent a couple of hours talking to a friend, then went down to Blair Athol for chips!  So i can't complain.

 

I'm sure i don't need to say that sounds concerning with the chest pains and tightness. I know it's not helpful to keep saying what you should do, but it's only because we really care about your safety.  Just at least please be honest with yourself if it gets to the point where you really think you need to call someone.
