i hear that, the strategies can be a hit or miss depending on the person and situation. it's great that you've given them a go in the past @Dreamy 

 

as you know we're not a counselling service so if you do feel unsafe, please don't hesitate to call Lifeline, SCBS or 000. or let us know if you need us to call them for you. 

 

in the mean time, we're still here. we still care, and we're still rooting for you. 💙

are you able to walk around for a bit and take a breather? even if it's just in your backyard/room, etc. and as you go for a walk, starting with A (going to Z), try and find an object around you that starts with that letter (to help keep your thoughts distracted).

i can join in if that helps, for A i've got... Air lol, B... Books, C... Clips - wanna share your A, B, C? (no pressure ofc!!)
