That's okay @Dreamy just do what feels okay for you. If you need a break today at any point you can take it. If you need to be distracted we can chat. If you need to just talk about how you're feeling for a bit and have someone listen we're here!

 

I know that today is not the right day for this, but if you feel able in the future I'd really encourage you to give feedback about the service and the recent experience you had. To me it sounds like it might have come from a lack of training or knowledge around trauma and is something that should be addressed by the service.
