@Dreamy the overwhelm is such a gnarly one to contend with hey, cos like...sometimes the very thing you're craving, turns out to be yet another source of overstimulation!! *shakes fist at brightness of tv*

 

I know it doesn't help you in this moment, but sleep will help - brain will start sorting all your memories out and processing will become more linear. 

 

Now the getting to sleep... hope it's not as tricky for you as it can be for me!!
