Hey @Dreamy

Anther quiet day.  I had my adoption counseling session this morning and it was quite a good chat i had with her.  We talked a lot about some of my earliest memories and how so many of them were times when I felt abandoned or that i had to keep myself alone.  And about how a lot of stuff i'm doing since my diagnosis, which has made some big personal changes (improvements) for me, but how I feel it is all just trying to fix the previous 53 years where my life just felt pointless and I achieved nothing.  I said I realised now that i'm trying to fix what cant be fixed.  And she said that was a good thing to look into at out next appointment.  So i really feel like we're (i'm) getting somewhere.  Finally.  But the clock is ticking loudly.

Now that i've cheered you up 😁, how has your day been?

I am about to head off to bed though.  Yes another damn early morning.  The first of a two day training workshop with the Cancer Council.  It's online so i don't have to go anywhere, but it starts a 9am so i'm going to struggle to get started.
