I can hear that you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed and frustrated by your recent mental health diagnosis and the challenges in finding the right treatment and support, it’s completely understandable.

 

Navigating this system can be so complex, and the mental load that comes with it can feel like too much at times.

Finding the right medications, therapies, and professionals to create a stable plan takes time, and I’m sorry that this process has felt like a barrier to getting the care you need.

 

But please remember, you’re here, actively reaching out for support and learning how to manage these new challenges.

That’s a huge step, and it speaks to your resilience.

 

Take things one day at a time, and please be gentle with yourself along the way. Things can, and often do, improve with time.
