hey @outlander
glad to hear you survived shopping
please do take care
im not overly sure what you and @Former-Member have been discussing relation to health foods but i know that early grey tea is something i find can be quite helpful. The herbs it has are particularly good at reducing stress and anxiety and depression. I also had to increase my mood stabiliser though. Also try to avoid caffeine (this is hard) because it ups the ante and gives us kick. Though i must admit that its reduced its impact on me over the years. But i still reduce it. Order small more often. Bananas are also really good, as are oranges.
Reducing screen time is also valuable.
Anyway i kinda rambled on there for a bit. Take care please 🙂
