thank you for your response yesterday. I wasnt quite in the state to respond but I can now.
Ive made up a few of those cards. Ive got to get them laminated though. So im trying not to get them wrecked. Ill upload a pic of them for you later.
I made up one for the 5 senses because that sometimes works when my anxiety is high but its not a flashback. One with a breathing technique so when I have panic attacks its a prompt to remember to breath And I made up the one you have as well for the flashbacks.
I am triggered by words, smells, feelings, as well as many other things that I assocate with the events and pretty much life. Life itself almost triggers me because its hard to find something that doesnt trigger me.
And yes please, please tag me into the other thread. Id definently be up for that.
