I dont think it would hurt to get the assessment but it’s what you do after that is in your control. I think there will be a lot of answers though. But I guess it’ll take time to learn. The meds are difficult. Stimulants can cause mania but so can antidepressants they’re the two treatments for adhd. I feel like it’s just more labels. But I guess it’s labels that may help me to recover. Finding the right meds and treatment will hopefully set me on the right path. 

You can’t catch a break right now. You sound so run down. Are you eating properly? Drinking water? Listen to me.. I should think about these myself! 😂 

Nah. I don’t have any plans. I think doing all the house work this morning is enough. I’ll mow the lawn tomorrow. I have done some Lego. I ordered the tweety bird one so I need to finish the one I’m doing so that I can start it.
