I'm sorry to hear the pharmacy made you feel humiliated 😞

I remember when I used to have to get my meds weekly, these was this lovely pharmacy assistant who took time to call me by name and chat to me gently each week, not about mental health but about anything really. She still works there and I've never forgotten how kind she was, she obviously knew I was suicidal. Unfortunately I've found that most pharmacy assistants aren't like that, and it sounds like you've got one of those 😞
