Dear @Arizona ,

i know I am a night late, but you are among company and people who get it.  Depression has been my companion since my early 20’s and I am now 70.  Anxiety started about 5 years ago . I am not sure which is worse, I think anxiety as I have never been a worrier or anxious u til so recently and it is truly despairing.

i have days when I can’t get out of bed, or put till after 2pm.  The mornings are terrible, the afternoons and evenings more manageable, the nights well, a mix between a blank and terror of waking.

No matter how well some people are doing here and moving forward, we are all here for the same reasons and need each other and what each individual contributes.

Stay safe and here
