No doubt that conversation did happen @Powderfinger but if she is saying the 27th now that is what you need to work towards. It is not what you agreed to but unfortunately it is the date you have to deal with. I am super sorry this is being extended again for you but there really is nothing more you can do as she has paid rent until then
