Hi everyone.

Just some general advice and a couple questions

what helped me to do with waiting for help and waiting to see change was psychiatrists words " no big life changes made too quick" - she said that early on, between assessment and beginning medication.

So I put life and myself in a mental " holding pattern" you know like when planes just circle the airport waiting for clearance to land while, being mindful of : weather (outside me/life conditions) fuel levels (self care/protection) and restless passengers (symptoms flaring up)

Question is how do I turn off email notifications for replies in this ?thread? And if I hit reply on the last listed reply, is that for the person who made that reply or the original that I had replied to? This time I went to the first listed post/reply. Sorry/not sorry I'm not tech savy lol. This is why I refuse social media, I mean really... I have no/poor/backwards social skills let alone online with so many spoken and unspoken rules... I couldn't figure it out, don't pick up on social clues and made a d**** of myself or upset people or just got hurt.

"Click here- do this" instructions required

Thanks 🙂
