It's my second morning here in hospital. I met some nice fellow patients last night - two women and one man were sitting around the dining room table and they were nice.

My psychiatrist has banned me from talking to men on the ward though, because I'm vulnerable. I'm only allowed out on escorted leave, with a female friend, or male or female family member. Up to four hours a day.

No visitors allowed onsite. They can only take me out.
