Thanks....yeah, I can't really afford a private psychiatrist. They said I will initially see the psychiatrist associated with the team I'm assigned too, but my schizoaffective disorder has been relatively well managed for a while. So my case manager is saying without the protection of my former psychiatrist they will kick me off case management until I get bad again and then they might pick me up again. I also don't know where my medication is going to be administered, because I'm on an injection which gets administered by the local community mental health clinic. I have been calling the NDIA, they are just saying they should have called. I'm working with my support coordinator to chase them. But as you can imagine nothing happens fast with them. I will keep chasing them. I did make an appointment with my GP today, I have to wait a few weeks but at least it is made.

Thanks....my next step is to get a mental health plan and hope that I can go back to a psychologist that bulk bills. Hopefully get some support that way. I had still a little bit of funding left on my last NDIS plan that expired today, so my support coordinator is saying that at midnight that will auto extend and I can use the last little bit of my funding while I am waiting for them to do a reassessment. But I cancelled my support for tomorrow just in case it doesn't auto-extend, I guess I will find out after midnight.
