@Former-Member so sorry to hear you are having issues with your sleep my friend. Have you tried the warm milk trick? You need to warm it slowly on the stove (microwaved doesn't work for some reason). There's natural chemicals in the warm milk that help you sleep. Plus, there is a belief that the warm milk simulates our mother's milk which as babies also put us to sleep!
There are also herbal teas for relaxation and sleep help that could also be of a benefit to you, my friend. Another option is a sleep mask, a friend of mine who had some issues with sleep now wears one and swears by it. You can even get Bluetooth versions that you can listen to meditation sounds like crashing waves or rain through. Then again you could try all of these as well!
