@Former-Member @Yeah, like for me I tend to have some racing thoughts, daydreaming and overthink things at night which usually is what leads me to take long to fall asleep from my supposed sleeping time 😕
im outside in the park now and it feels nice to be out here when the UV rays isn’t high at the moment. Just had a walk and now just sitting on the bench in the park just chilling and watching people rowing. 🚣
aaaa as much as I’d like to order something for tomorrow through the uber eats app (like a green tea flavoured yoghurt with some customised toppings I want from Yo-Art), but considering how much I’ve spent on some treatments this week I won’t be able to until I get my next pay check from Centrelink the following Tuesday 🥲 good thing is I have an alternative at home (like matcha powder that I use to make my matcha & some ice) that I can use and make for myself instead if I cant order/purchase that yoghurt.
