Troubleshooting

  1. Check your email for any electronic communications regarding having set up an online account. 
  2. Did you go to orientation? If so you may have a library card with your student number, this can be used to create an online account to log in to the student portal
  3. If you already have an account, forget password may prove useful to log in to the student portal
  4. Contact the office and ask for the student centre, or attend the campus library because they're trained to help students with IT issues and if they can't, they can tell you who can help. 

The office will be able to look up your name and timetable to tell you the time and location of your class on Friday
