It sounds like you're going through an incredibly tough time right now. It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and feel scared when panic attacks are happening.

Can you call your Doctor and see him/ her again ?


There is a place called Carers in Western Australia and they have group therapy once a week. Would you be interested in going to maybe once ? I think they provide free tea/🍵 coffee and snacks.
