Dear @Gremlin24

Do you

It's tough on us vulnerable people.

We need to do so much to get help. I'm sorry you got no relief from your Doctor

Do you feel he/she is the right one for you ? Does she/him has an understanding of your immediate needs ?

Will he/she listen that you perhaps see them again with a list of your immediate needs ?

I remember I saw this useless Doctor - it took her 2 years to organise Silver chain when I got in a relationship with someone diagnosed with schizophrenia. I had so many of my own disabilities as well. I was so overwhelmed when I got it I ended up completely messing up my helpers. I refused for them to help me. It took two years and I thought I was forgotten.

How about - please don't agree if you don't want to but why not rest for a little while and when your ready, perhaps you could maybe think about someone who could go with you and tell the doctor of your needs - like even having a carer over just to have a cup of tea with you once a fortnight

Bit of cleaning ?

More of an understanding of your medication ?

I'm going to type some people's names down who certainly may have better ideas than me

Iv made a lot of mistakes - but I do know

Mistakes mean you have a choice

You can go to bed and blame yourself

Or you can give yourself a bit of time, you stay gentle but walk out with a smile. And begin again.

You have reached out. Your amazing
