A perfectionist is one thing we have become today because of always being said that we are not good enough. It is not a flaw that we expect everything to be perfect, but that is just not going to do any more good for our lives. Perfectionism can cause problems like procrastination, making us focus on perfection rather than completing tasks, leading to burnout, lower productivity, poor mental health, making it difficult to make decisions, reduced creativity, making us avoid challenges, and having more strained relationships. It is by recognizing the problems that we can free ourselves from the constraints of perfectionism.
