Hi guys, 

 

Just saying hello and welcome. I will go back and read this thread properly when I get a chance. A little about myself, I am 53 and happily married for almost 31 of those years. We have 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl). I have bipolar affective disorder and possibly BPD and ADHD. I have been doing really well the last couple of years due to a medication change 3 years ago. I have a support worker, a case manager, a psychologist and a psychiatrist, along with my lovely GP of course. I have been a member of Sane Forums since May 2021
