hi @Shaz51 i got a lot done today, got all the asbestos removed and taken to the tip, did not cost a lot for disposal, and cleaned up all the dirt and vermin droppings. 

i have really been struggling with severe panic attacks over the kitchen, i don't know why, i have not been able to sleep for 3 days and can't eat anything, im not sure what is going on, im so so worried im heading for another breakdown.
