I also got to watch a beautiful film called "Nocturnal Animals" and a great opera by Francis Poulenc called "Dialogues of the Carmelites" @Shaz51, and have started reading a well written book called "Sweat, a History of Exercise", it's very interesting, it's by Bill Hayes.
