Thanks @Shaz51 @PizzaMondo

I do love her very much. She has   fitted in really well to our household and it feels as if she has always lived with us. In reality we have only had her 2 months. We spoil her rotten and she has a very nice life although she told me she would prefer an air conditioner on hot days. We have pet insurance in place and in just another month she will be fully covered for illness. At the moment she is covered for accidents. I think the waiting time for cruciate ligaments is 6 months though. I only qualified for the lowest cover because she is over 9 years old so I will have to consider that next time I adopt. She was meant to be part of our family though and I am glad we chose each other. When they opened the little cubicle she was in at the RSPCA she nuzzled in for a cuddle. She was saying pick me. So we did. We decided it would be nice to give an older cat a chance as most people are looking for kittens or young cats. She was meant to be and it was fate that brought us together.
