@Bow being a foster carer for a cat can be so rewarding. Remember my first foster cat who had been through a lot before coming to me. Seeing this this 3 legged fur ball go from being scared to playing, happily running in my passage before looking at me and talking.

2023 has been filled with highs and lows for me with both my physical and mental health including emotionally.  Things I’ve been grateful for during this last year are my 2 fur babies (luna and Sunny), selling and moving to my new home where I feel safer and happier than I have for years, everyone on the Sane forums and Peer Group Chats that I’ve spoken with who have helped me
