Good Morning @Oaktree

Nice to be still able to 'talk' with you, for which I am very pleased. I hope that you are well and feeling settled.

"The fraying at the edges" was more a matter of weariness yesterday, as a result of a slightly higher level of activity, than I have been accustomed to more recently. So it may, in a sense, be an internal message to me to be somewhat more active. With that purpose in mind, I am reducing the amount of pain medication that I am taking. This is an attempt to have a better feeling of my physical responses to what I do externally, as distinct from sitting at the computer.

Pain medication, I think, can blunt my awareness of both good and not so good stressors and their effects. Hopefully, by reducing the medication level, I will be better able to guage my responses to every-day type physical activities, in an effort to improve my overall capacity.

Thank you for expressing concern with regard to my situation, as expressed yesterday. I am ok, and, as mentioned above, hoping to improve my capacity.

How was the choir practice session last night? I do hope that the atmosphere was pleasant and that you felt at ease with the other members.  And I hope that eveything else is going well for you.

With my Very Best Wishes for You, Meg
