They're blaming Last night's Storm @Sophia1 @Shaz51 Which apparently caused widespread damage, flooding - & gave the Electricians too much work.

Thankfully I have my Lights back on - No thanks to the electricians, who never turned up (now 5.40pm).

Once the Circuit Breaker dried out (pressumably), I was able to turn it back on.

I still needed it checked though - As it may be faulty, & might need to be replaced.

The weird thing is that this is the Only time that Power was not Cut to the entire house (only the Lights Circuit) - So I still had use of all my Power points, & yes could run heaters.

It felt so silly, still having power - yet having to fumble around in the dark (last night) with no lights.

Having a shower this morning, in the pitch black was rather difficult....

Yes well, now that you mention it - I'm wearing my Purple pants right now....

I also have several pairs of Orange pants, & one slightly Pink pair.

My ex friend (very evangelical & Religious) told me that she believed that any man who wears Pink is Gay - So she & others demanded that I not wear any Pink.

That's a Load of Bunkum, in my opinion.

When I was the Only Gardener on the Private Golf Course - All these men who were Grandfathers (ex Lawyers & Doctors) were wearing bright Pink shirts....

A colour or Clothes type does not determine our Gender or our Sexuality.

I am dumbfounded that So Many people are still convinced of these belittling (Labelling) Opinions....
